Cozy rooms with a cool view from the window, and a nice spot to grab a bite. The location is awesome - just a quick 15-minute stroll to the subway station. 🚶♂️

The place is nice and quiet little, we didn't feel like leaving!
The rooms are elegant and spotless here with about 10 minutes by walk from Alésia underground station, shampoo, air conditioning. The location is excellent and wonderful, in a quiet residential area of Paris.

This was my first visit to Paris, and I enjoyed my stay immensly and would reccomend this hotel to my friends. The staff were very helpful in every way. The breakfast was more than ample for my needs and good value for the money, and I would gladly stay here again in the future.
The only drawback was the noise of traffic outside, but this is to be expected from any hotel by a busy road.

The breakfast was reasonable and satisfactory with a wide range of food. Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from Plaisance metro stations and drug store.

Great price for a clean nice looking hotel in a convenient location - close to subway and close to the main Montparnasse railway station. Very helpful and friendly staff.
We found the bed a little hard but overall it was an excellent stay.

The beds here are super comfy, and it's so easy to hop on public transportation from this spot. The room is nicely decorated with cool stuff like free WiFi, coffee/tea makers, and cute bedstands, plus the view from there is stunning! 🌟

The staff is friendly although one of them cannot speak English, so that one night I was talking to him about a problem of not being able to close the curtain because it was stuck at the corner and he couldn't help with it. Thus, next morning, we were woken up by the sunlight through the window earlier than our schedule.

Well-situated close to Metro Alésia. The staff was friendly and nice. The room had a good size and the bathroom was OK. The room was a bit outworn but absolutely acceptable. A little noicy to the street, but for this time of year perfect. The street is a very nice "typical" street with shops, places to eat and schoolkids going to school in the morning. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and we would book it again next time!

I liked that it was close to the city but not in central city. I loved the availibilty of fresh cheap eating places, both eating out and the supermarket. The metro was close and easy for transport. You could walk left or right and find shopping open until into the evening.
2 star - you got what you paid for.
